7. Confidentiality

• Any information marked as confidential

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for third-party platform changes or account actions
• We are not liable for content performance or viral outcomes

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cliptokk harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your content or its distribution
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of applicable laws

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

• With 30 days written notice for convenience
• Immediately for material breach
• Upon completion of agreed-upon services

Upon termination, we will cease distribution activities and provide final reporting.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration as a final resort

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our platform. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
